We all know Chris is not afraid of a bit of pain. He also is not afraid of putting his heart out there and supporting the amazing Pace Centre. Here is Chris' latest challenge.

Chris challenged himself to do a full effort, max power 107 seconds sprint. Thats 1 minute 47 seconds. In running terms, dependant on the runner we are talking a sprint for 500 to 800 meters to make that a bit easier for you.

We hooked Chris up to his InfoCrank on the bike to get some accurate information regarding his power. Chris has had a few goes at this previously creating anything from 500-570 watts  for his max effort. Watch what happened in the video below by Francis Cade.
