We spent the day with European, World & Paralympic Champion Andy Lewis looking at his balance and pedal stroke efficiency. Utilising his InfoCrank and the Pedal Analysis Software we are able to track his unique pedal stroke and help him understand the data to enable him and his coaching team to get the best out of his training. Andy's focus in the coming years is to maximise every possible gain to continually improve his performance, ensuring the rest of the pack are chasing him and not vice versa. A key part of that is having a consistent and accurate measure of power, balance and efficiency.
